Personal Program Builder
Pick your goals and available time, and the site builds a personal sequence of eye exercises.
Everyone's eyes and days are different. The program builder lets you create a routine that fits your needs and your schedule. You choose one or more goals and tell the tool how much time you have, and it assembles a sequence of exercises from our library that plays automatically, just like our ready-made programs.
The goals are screen fatigue, focus, relaxation and coordination. For screen fatigue, the builder favours distance gazing, blinking and near-far focus shifts. For focus and attention it adds exercises such as saccades or the Schulte table. Relaxation brings in palming and breathing, while coordination uses tracking patterns such as the figure eight. The tool balances active and restful exercises and always ends with relaxation. You can do the result once a day or save it and repeat it.
If you are unsure what you need, our eye health profile quiz can suggest goals. As with all our exercises, the aim is comfort and relaxation; personal programs do not correct refractive errors or treat eye conditions. Anyone with a diagnosed eye condition, such as strabismus or convergence problems, should follow their eye specialist's plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much time do I need?
You can build programs from just a few minutes up to a longer session. Shorter daily routines are easier to keep up than occasional long ones.
Can I combine several goals?
Yes. The builder mixes exercises for each selected goal and balances them within your available time.
Is a personal program better than the ready-made ones?
Not necessarily; it is simply tailored to your preferences. The best program is the one you actually do regularly.
